I'M READY TO WHACK SOMEBODY

It's been a week since Syed Hamid Albar signed the sneaky order to transfer Raja Petra to Kamunting, effectively denying him the opportunity to be unconditionally discharged by the court on 23 September, simply because there are absolutely no grounds for Raja Petra's detention under the ISA to begin with. But everybody who's been observing the political soap opera unfold knows RPK has been firing too many torpedoes at Najib Razak's bid for prime ministership and must be silenced even at the risk of pissing off the entire nation.

Well, I'm telling you, Mr Pink Lips: it's no use keeping RPK locked up. You just don't cut it as prime minister - you are totally uninspiring and are saddled with too much karmic baggage. I shall pick up where RPK left off and continue poking holes in your Hindu anti-voodoo shield till you surrender your wife's ambitions to be First Lady and fade quietly into the sunset. And if I don't do it twenty other bloggers will... or two hundred!

Anyway, the very next day (24 September) we saw Anwar Ibrahim at the Sessions Court where policemen outnumbered all those who showed up in support. With all the dramatic shifts happening around the world - financial meltdowns and devastating hurricanes and regime change occurring wherever you look - the indefatigably evil Attorney-General persists in pursuing the non-issue of whether Saiful Bukhari Azlan had his anus enlarged by Malaysia's popular PM elect. I want to know how RPK found out about Saiful's secret meeting with SAC Rodwan Mohd Yusof in Room 619 (note the reverse 916 effect) of the Concorde Hotel at 2:30PM on 25 June 2008 (three days before the absurd sodomy accusation was filed) - and how come nobody seems to have confirmed or denied this startling allegation.

Meanwhile, vile and pernicious maneuvers by sore losers like former Selangor chief minister Khir Toyo to stir up racial shit via the ultra-jingoist Utusan Malaysia go unchecked, unreprimanded, and unpunished. And provincial Umno loudmouths like Ahmad Ismail continue to swagger around in their own swiftly evaporating mudholes, making laughing-stocks of themselves and accelerating the inevitable extinction of race-based political parties.

On Nomination Day of the Permatang Pauh by-election a couple of journalists were beaten up by thugs wearing PKR T-shirts. Police arrested a few people for questioning but we have heard nothing about the outcome. So were they proven to be PKR supporters - or Umno-sponsored Mat Rempits paid to discredit PKR?

And what about the buses transporting phantom voters intercepted by PKR's Gobalakrishnan and his sons - who got roughed up by the police and detained for performing a citizen's arrest? There has been no clarification or apology from the police. If phantom voters had been bused into Permatang Pauh, why has the Election Commission not taken action against the party responsible? These are serious issues that reflect on the integrity and professionalism of the police and EC. They cannot be conveniently forgotten.

More than two months ago Anwar handed the ACA documentary evidence that IGP Musa Hassan and AG Gani Patail were involved in falsifying evidence to convict him of sodomy in 1998. So what has become of the ACA's investigation? We don't hear a thing. Nobody has been sacked and both have disappeared from the radar screen. How about missing private investigator Balasubramaniam Perumal and his family? Are they still in self-exile in "a neighboring country"? Who's paying for their upkeep - and what actually transpired after Bala checked in at the Brickfields police station on the evening his sensational first statutory declaration was made public? Anyone remember Lingamgate? I certainly do... but I don't see anything being done about the terrible mess the judiciary is in.

Most of all, I'd like to know what's going on with all the parliamentarians ready to defect from Barisan. Are they terrified of the ISA? Are they are under 24/7 surveillance by the Special Branch? Have they been blackmailed or bribed? Will they rise above petty self-interest and save the country from Umno/BN under Najib?

I'm not the only one who would love to throw a whole bunch of banana peels in front of Syed Hamid Albar. And I'm sure I could raise a posse to capture Khir Toyo and tar and feather him. I'd like to see Najib Razak led away in handcuffs for being such a terrible liar and hypocrite.

As for all those Status Quoists who still think Umno/BN was "given a mandate" to rule for another four years - and who think Anwar should concentrate on strengthening the Opposition Coalition and administering the five states the rakyat reclaimed from Umno/BN - nothing short of the Japanese bamboo torture will suffice.
